Mount Everest
We’re all familiar with the tallest mountain in the world, which is 8,849 meters high. Trekkers who dare attempt to climb the mountain could be making the journey for weeks. It’s very dangerous, and trekkers are exposed to high altitude, deadly low oxygen levels, and rapid weather changes, which is why it’s one of the most treacherous hikes in the world. On the trek, bodies of adventurers that have perished on the way to the summit are frozen beneath the snow. Even though it’s a huge achievement to climb the summit of Mount Everest, it’s still very dangerous and should only be attempted if you’re in the best shape of your life (Washington Edu)
